Had a first session with Jordan today. He is very experience and gave good diagnosis and feedback on my stiff shoulder condition. After the 30mins session, I’ve regained some flexibility and movements on my left shoulder and arm. Can’t wait to have a few more sessions and looking forward to complete recovery! I would also like to add that the follow-up video for home exercise is really helpful. Kudos!
