Since graduating from the University of Nottingham (UK) Lisa has gained extensive experience in the fields of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation working in clinics and hospitals in both the UK and Singapore. Lisa has continued to progress her clinical knowledge supplementing her skills with qualifications in sports massage, spinal and peripheral manual therapy, dry needling, Pilates and pre- & postnatal coaching.
Having experienced a number of sports related injuries herself, Lisa’s main passion lies in helping patients return to their activities as quickly as possible, while ensuring their rehabilitation provides long term solutions that will minimise their risk of future injury. She strongly believes in a holistic, evidence based approach and enjoys working with her patients to provide rehabilitation through hands-on techniques and prescriptive exercise therapy.
